Does the property have the right to tow the owner's car?

Legal analysis: the property itself has no right to trailer. If parking really affects road traffic, the property can be handled by the traffic police department. If the property trailer causes vehicle damage and negotiation fails, you can bring a lawsuit to the court.

Legal basis: Article 41 of the Regulations on Property Management in People's Republic of China (PRC), the owner shall pay the property service fee according to the agreement in the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement.
