In order to solve the land use difficulties of Party B, Party A voluntarily transfers a piece of land to Party B, and the following agreement is reached through negotiation:
1. The four ranges of land leased by Party A are: roadway in the east, old mining land in the west, residential buildings in the south and residential buildings in the north. The specifications of the plot are: meter long, meter wide, with a total area of square meters, and the total transfer price is RMB 10,000 only. The nature of land ownership is state-owned allocation and the land use is residential land.
2. Party B shall pay the land price of RMB 10,000 Yuan only to Party A in one lump sum, and Party A shall hand over the land (construction land planning permit (certificate number)) and other relevant documents to Party B, and Party B shall be responsible for handling the relevant land change registration procedures, and the expenses required for handling the land change registration procedures shall be borne by Party B. ..
3. After Party A transfers the land to Party B, Party B enjoys the ownership and use right of the land for life, and can control the use (including the nature of use) of the land at its own discretion. Party A has no right to interfere or go back on our word. If there is any land ownership dispute, Party A shall be responsible for solving it.
Four. This agreement shall come into force as of the date of signing, and both parties shall strictly implement and abide by it.
