This should be based on the provisions of the residential property:

1, the occupancy rate of the community is extremely low. Like a new house, there is no regulation that you can go to work in the middle of the night;

2. If the occupancy rate is high, it is generally stipulated that the residential property is not so strict, and the weekend is not around 8: 00- 18: 00, but it doesn't matter if it is extended or delayed from time to time, and the weekend can also be used;

If the management of the community is strict, it is absolutely impossible to make a sound on weekends. Generally, there are strict time regulations on working days. Once illegal operations are found, power outage measures will be taken immediately. In short, it is based on the situation of the community and the property.

The implementation period of urban housing decoration project is stipulated in the indoor decoration management service agreement signed by the decoration enterprise or the decoration person and the property management unit, and the allowable construction time is determined by the property company.

According to Article 16 of the Measures for the Administration of Residential Interior Decoration, the decorator or the decorator and the decoration enterprise shall sign a residential interior decoration management service agreement with the property management unit.

The residential interior decoration management service agreement shall include the following contents:

1, decoration project implementation content;

2, decoration project implementation period;

3, allow the construction time;

4. Waste removal and disposal;
