Outsiders entered my property regardless.

1. If there is no agreement in some property management contracts or the industry committee does not prohibit strangers from entering and leaving the community, then when the property security allows strangers to enter and leave the community at will, the property does not need to take responsibility while doing a good job in the security of other communities. Unless the owner has evidence to prove that there is a causal relationship between theft and property security dereliction of duty, the property needs to bear the responsibility;

2. Property fees have little to do with whether outsiders enter and leave the campus at will. Property fees include public facilities services, cleaning and maintenance, and many other services. Free entry and exit of off-campus personnel cannot be regarded as a special requirement for not paying property fees.
