Jianlong (Nanjing) Real Estate Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Nanjing in 2006, mainly holding the real estate development project of Oriental Longhu Bay; In 2007, Minmetals Construction and 23rd Metallurgical Company jointly established Minmetals Construction (Hunan) Jiahe Risheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. to jointly develop Changsha Longwan International Community Project. In 2008, Minmetals Real Estate Nanjing Co., Ltd. was established to develop the Hexi project in Nanjing, marking the all-round entry of Minmetals Construction into domestic real estate development. Shanghai Jinqiao Ruihe Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1993, headquartered in Shanghai, and its business covers 15 provinces and cities nationwide. It has the national first-class curtain wall qualification certificate and the first-class design qualification certificate of building curtain wall, and passed the international quality certification of ISO900 1:2000. Ruihe (Hong Kong) Decoration was established in 2005 to undertake the design, assembly and installation of glass curtain walls in Southeast Asian countries such as Hong Kong and Macao.
