Ladder Standard of Rural Electricity Charge in Zhoukou City, Henan Province

All the urban and rural residents who implement "one household, one meter" in our province implement the residential ladder electricity price, which is divided into three grades.

The first grade electricity consumption standard is determined according to each household's monthly 180 degrees, and the electricity price is still implemented according to the current electricity price, that is, 0.56 yuan per degree;

The second grade electricity consumption standard is determined according to each household's monthly 180~260 degrees, and the electricity price is increased by 0.05 yuan per degree, and it is 0.6 1 yuan per degree after the price increase;

The electricity consumption in the third gear is more than 260 degrees per household per month, and the electricity price is increased by 0.30 yuan per degree, and it is 0.86 yuan per degree after the price increase.

According to the notice, the ladder electricity price standard for residents in our province is determined annually. The cumulative electricity consumption of "one household, one meter" users within one year is not higher than 2 160 degrees, and the original electricity price is still implemented; The part higher than 2 160 degrees and not higher than 3 120 degrees shall be implemented according to the second price standard; The part higher than 3 120 degrees shall be implemented according to the third price standard.

One of the highlights of this step-by-step electricity price reform is to set a free electricity consumption base of 10 kWh per household per month for urban and rural "low-income households" and rural "five-income households".

The Provincial Development and Reform Commission requires that according to the list of urban and rural "low-income households" and "five-income households" issued by power supply enterprises and civil affairs departments at the same level, urban and rural "one household with one meter", "low-income households" and "five-income households" with scattered support in rural areas are exempted from electricity charges in the current period.

For the urban and rural "low-income households" and "five-income households" among the merged users, the power supply department will reduce the total electricity consumption in the current period according to the list of the civil affairs department, and at the same time deliver the corresponding list of "low-income households" and "five-income households" to the combined payment units such as residential properties. Residential property and other combined payment units should promptly reduce the billing power of "low-income households" and "five-income households".

When the actual electricity consumption during the meter reading period is less than 10 kWh, such as 7 kWh, the charge of 7 kWh will be reduced, and the remaining 3 kWh will be invalid and cannot be accumulated for use next month.
