When the muck is removed, the decoration user can put it on record in the property and put the construction waste in the designated place by himself. This process will generate corresponding transportation costs and labor costs, but they will pay the bill themselves. It can also be handed over to the property company, and the property will contact the environmental protection department to remove the muck. In this way, the property will charge the decoration residents a corresponding fee.

Residents do not do a good job in cleaning up the muck when decorating, dump construction waste at will, or dump it into domestic waste, and the urban construction or property department will punish their behavior.
