Huaihai Technician College, founded in 1985, is a public technical college invested by the municipal government and headed by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau. It was successively rated as provincial key technical school, national key technical school and national senior technical school, and was upgraded to technician college with the approval of the provincial government on August 20 10.
