Has Taikang Jiayin High School been renamed?

The name hasn't changed, but everyone likes abbreviations.

Taikang No.1 Middle School itself is a public high school, but it has not become a private high school because of the renaming event, which has raised the entrance threshold for students.

There are many things in the world that name teaching buildings, scholarships and university colleges in the name of donors, such as Shaw House, Zheng Ruyong Yellow River Scholarship and Harvard Chen Zengxi Public Health College, which shows that this is not a very serious matter.
