They are: 1, independent business model. It is the owner's self-management mode. The owner is not only the owner of the theater, but also the operator and manager. Government support, performance operating income and social sponsorship are the main sources of funds. This model is widely used in the old theaters, and many newly-built theaters in China also adopt this management model, such as the National Grand Theatre, the Shanghai Grand Theatre, and the Shenzhen Grand Theatre.

2. Entrust management mode. The owner entrusts a professional management company to carry out chain management mode. The owner and the professional cinema management company are two independent legal persons, and the cinema management company is entrusted by the owner to undertake the operation and management tasks of the cinema.

3. Joint-stock business model. The management mode of the joint venture company established by the owner and the professional management company is the product of the cinema reform originally affiliated to the government department.

4. Entrusted training mode. Owners hire professional companies as consultants to manage their own models. Owners set up their own management agencies to be responsible for specific property and technical management.

5. Cinema alliance mode. Mainly represented by the alliance mode of China Performance Group. The "China Tobacco Cinema Line" initiated by China Tobacco Group is a relatively loose alliance model.
