In order to reduce the repeated evaluation of talents, reduce the social employment cost, and optimize the business environment, according to the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Professional Title System (No.438+06 [2065] of the Central Office) and the spirit of relevant documents, combined with the actual situation of this Municipality, the following measures are formulated to adjust the corresponding relationship between professional titles and professional qualifications in some professional fields, and are hereby notified as follows:

First, the corresponding occupation qualification and title access measures

For those who have obtained professional qualifications such as registered fire engineer (*** 16, see annex), the employer may employ corresponding professional and technical positions according to the relevant series of qualifications. Among them, the appointment of professional and technical positions in engineering series requires a degree in science and engineering.

Two, to assess the corresponding professional qualifications and titles of the grading method

For those who have obtained the professional qualifications of engineering consulting (investment) professional and technical personnel and other grade evaluation professional qualifications (*** 19, see annex), the employer may appoint corresponding professional and technical positions according to the relevant series of qualifications. Among them, the appointment of professional and technical positions in engineering series requires a degree in science and engineering.

Three, survey and design registered engineer and title corresponding measures

For those who have obtained the qualifications of registered structural engineers and other registered engineers in survey and design (***9 items, see Annex), and meet the basic standards for the evaluation of professional titles of engineering and technical personnel, the employer may appoint corresponding engineering and technical positions according to the needs of the work.

Fourth, others.

(a) for those who have obtained qualification certificates before the relevant professional qualifications in the State Council are cleared up (such as enterprise legal adviser, quality, international business, advertising, price appraiser, tenderee, property manager, management consultant, mining right appraiser, etc.). ), the original professional qualification can continue to be used as the basis for the appointment of corresponding professional and technical positions.

(two) professional and technical personnel who have obtained the above professional qualifications can be recognized as having the corresponding series and levels of titles.

(three) the employer is the main body of professional and technical positions. For those who meet the above corresponding conditions, the appointment work shall be carried out in an orderly manner in accordance with the post qualifications and appointment procedures of the unit.

(four) the relevant industry departments should guide the employer and the jury to do a good job in the corresponding work of professional titles and professional qualifications, strengthen the construction of professional and technical personnel, and stimulate the vitality of talent innovation and entrepreneurship.

(5) The Notice of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Corresponding Measures for Some Professional and Technical Qualifications and Professional Titles (No.[2065]1/kloc-0) is invalid.
