If the store lease contract is terminated, is the property contract terminated?

If both parties terminate the lease contract through consultation, the date determined through consultation shall be the date of termination of the contract. It can be clearly stated in the judgment or mediation document that the date of dissolution by consensus is the date of dissolution of the contract.
