1. Before choosing outsourcing, inspect from the aspects of price, service and management; Most outsourcing companies have their own backgrounds, so don't offend them easily, mainly because they can manage their own work! )

2. Make clear the responsibilities with the outsourcer when signing the contract: We can provide environmental supervision and ask the outsourcer to designate the person in charge. If unqualified items are proposed, we will look for him. When both parties reach an agreement on the problem, we will ask the other party to propose a solution, and (design a form for him to fill in and sign) make rectification within a time limit. Otherwise, don't deduct or default the outsourcing fee without reason.

I believe there is no need to be angry with the outsourced workers. As long as you do this once or twice, the outsourcer will tremble even if you don't say it. How can you not work hard?
