Property qualification grade and service grade

Property management qualification is an independent legal person qualification. There are five grades in the Property Service Classification Standard * * *, with one star as the lowest grade and five stars as the highest grade. Each level has different service standards, and the higher the level, the higher the service standards. In the realty service contract, the parties may stipulate an exemption clause, but the exemption clause shall not violate the principles of fairness and good faith, otherwise the exemption clause will be invalid. A property management company may agree in the property management contract to reduce some of its responsibilities, but it cannot be exempted from all its responsibilities, otherwise the clause will be invalid.
