I. Several categories of people with annual disposable income of 65,000 yuan (inclusive), per capita disposable income of 24,000 yuan (inclusive) and family property of 400,000 yuan (inclusive) can apply for public * * * rental housing:

(a) with the county Fengcheng Town, Aojiang Town, Jiangnan Township permanent residence (except the former rural villagers and members of rural collective economic organizations), and settled for 3 years, the per capita housing construction area of the family is below 15 square meters (inclusive);

(two) migrant workers who meet the following conditions:

The applicant does not have the hukou of Fengcheng Town, Aojiang Town and Jiangnan Township in our county, or belongs to the former rural villagers or members of rural collective economic organizations in Fengcheng Town, Aojiang Town and Jiangnan Township;

The "measures" management of public rental housing in Xiamen twenty-third public rental housing lease contract shall include the following contents:
