Brief Introduction to the Interpretation of Property Management Regulations

On March 6, 2007, the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress deliberated and passed the Property Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which came into effect on June 0, 2007. The Property Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) has made new provisions on property management. In order to keep consistent with it and meet the needs of the continuous development of our society, according to the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Property Management issued by the State Council on August 26, 2007, the newly revised Regulations on Property Management was officially announced.

In order to study and implement the latest laws and regulations more comprehensively, the Legal Department of Agricultural Resources and Environmental Protection of the State Council Legislative Affairs Office, the Policy and Regulation Department of the Ministry of Construction and the Housing and Real Estate Department organized and compiled the Interpretation of Property Management Regulations (Latest Revision). Interpretation of Property Management Regulations (latest revision) gives an authoritative interpretation of the newly revised property management regulations one by one, and gives an in-depth explanation of the accurate and comprehensive understanding and application of the newly revised property management regulations, which is easy to understand. The appendix has been greatly adjusted on the basis of the original edition, adding the latest laws, regulations and normative documents promulgated from 2003 to the end of 2007, and deleting the abolished laws and regulations. With strong practicability and authority, it is not only an indispensable reference book for property management administrative departments at all levels and property service enterprises, but also has strong reference value for the majority of owners to protect their rights.
