Interim Measures for the person in charge of construction enterprises and the person in charge of the project to be responsible for the construction site

Legal Analysis: In order to implement the Notice of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Work of Enterprise Safety in Production (Guo Fa [2065438+00] No.23), and effectively strengthen the quality and safety management of construction enterprises and construction sites, our department has formulated the Interim Measures for the shift-taking of construction enterprise leaders and project leaders at construction sites.

Legal basis: Interim Measures for the person in charge of the construction enterprise and the person in charge of the project to take the shift at the construction site.

Article 2 The person in charge of a construction enterprise as mentioned in these Measures refers to the legal representative, general manager, deputy general manager, chief engineer and deputy chief engineer in charge of quality, safety and production.

The person in charge of the project as mentioned in these Measures refers to the project manager of the project.

The term "construction site" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the place where housing construction and municipal engineering construction activities are carried out.

Article 3 A construction enterprise shall establish a system of handover of the person-in-charge of the enterprise and the person-in-charge of the project on the construction site, and conduct strict examination.

The shift-over system on the construction site should specify its work content, responsibilities and authority, assessment, rewards and punishments and other requirements.
