Can the owner personally sue to confirm that the property contract is invalid?

According to the Property Law and the Property Management Regulations, the decisions of the owners' assembly or owners' committee are binding on all owners. The property contract passed by the resolution of the owners' congress is a valid contract, and all owners must abide by it. If individual owners think that the property contract infringes their rights, they can claim their rights through court arbitration.
