In July, 20021year, the Development and Reform Bureau of Yinzhou District, Ningbo approved the Proposal for the Construction Project of Shi Qiaocun New Village in Yunlong Town, and agreed to the construction site, scale and investment of the project. The total land area of the project is 17272 square meters, with a total construction area of 45,983 square meters and an aboveground construction area of 37,594 square meters, including 3 1207 square meters of residential buildings, 6,387 square meters of supporting houses for property and community, 336 square meters of overhead floors and 8,053 square meters of underground buildings. The construction fund of this project is raised by Shi Qiaocun Stock Economic Cooperative of Yunlong Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, and is solved by bank loan.

From June 5438 to February 2023, Shi Qiaocun in Yunlong Town will be demolished, including the surrounding areas of Hebei. After the demolition, new villages and public facilities will be built in this area to improve the living quality and environmental quality of residents.

At present, the demolition list of Shi Qiaocun in Yunlong Town has been published, and the relocated households can choose monetary compensation, house replacement and other resettlement methods according to their own conditions.
