1. Can the lease contract be dissolved?

According to Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Commercial Housing Leasing of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, within 30 days after the conclusion of the housing lease contract, the parties to the housing lease shall go through the housing lease registration at the construction department of the people's government of the city, city or county where the leased house is located.

At the same time, Article 19 stipulates that if the contents of the house lease registration are changed, renewed or terminated, the parties concerned shall go through the formalities for the change, extension or cancellation of the house lease registration at the original lease registration department within 30 days.
