When the owner entrusts the spare key to the property:

Sealed keys must be activated with the written consent of the owner; In case of emergency, if written permission cannot be obtained, the property project manager or customer service manager will inform the owner by telephone. After obtaining the consent, the key will be activated and recorded. After that, you should contact the owner to sign the written permission and reseal the key.

When the owner entrusts the property management key (usually in the case of agent renting)

1. Sign the key escrow agreement.

2. The property and the owner shall register the indoor items.

3. The property manager should designate a special person to manage the owner's key, so that the special person is responsible. Under no circumstances can you give the key to others.

4. Every time you use the key to enter the master's room, you must register and strictly record the use time, user and purpose.
