Soon, the elevator stopped at 18 floor, and the elevator door could not be opened. Mr. Zhang was trapped in the elevator with four other owners. Finally, a distress call was made, and the elevator was opened by fire rescuers. According to Mr. Zhang, there seems to be no owner's staff in the whole process. "Being trapped for about half an hour has affected my work." Mr. Zhang complained.

Mr. Zhang is not the only one who has this experience. During the interview, several owners said that their neighbors had similar experiences. Liu Daniang, the owner, said, "The elevator always breaks down for no reason. Sometimes my daughter can only climb to the 19 floor."

According to the owner, elevator problems are often reflected to the property, and the attitude of the property is still positive and has been repaired. However, the "stubborn disease" of the elevator still can't be attacked repeatedly and can't be cured for a long time. Now the owners are often in fear when they take the elevator: "What if they really can't get off?"

But what makes people laugh and cry is that after the owner pressed the control button of the opposite elevator, the elevator door actually opened, and the owner went straight into this "suspected broken elevator".

Owner: problems left by developers

For the situation reflected by the owners, the reporter contacted the Capital International City Property Management Center. The staff did not evade the "elevator problem", indicating that what the owner said was true.

According to the staff, the maintenance staff of the elevator now live in the property management center every day, just to deal with various emergencies such as people being trapped in time.

"In fact, the problems that arise now are the legacy of developers. The choice of elevator brand is made by the developer. Now we can only maintain the problem all the time. " The staff told reporters that the community was developed by stages, but the elevator brand of each building is different and divided into two types. Although they all have inspection certificates, they are actually different because of different brands. "As for why the brand is different, I understand this, and I have to ask the developer." The person in charge of the property said so.
