Introduction of Fahua New Town Project

The project has been put into use in the School of Software of Jiaotong University in the west, the headquarters of Jiaotong University in the north is about to be put into use, there are mountain parks with intact natural ecology in the south, and there are zero-pollution World Peace Park and Moon Bay beach in the southwest. The straight-line distance is no more than 800 meters, and it is close to the sea.

The project covers a total area of 247,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 600,000 square meters. It is a large-scale ecological community integrating business, residence and leisure clubs. The developer introduced the concept of southern waterscape garden and the whole process of hardcover room into Fahua New Town, Dalian, and strived to build the first fully decorated residential community in Lushun and even Dalian.

The project is developed in two stages. The first phase covers an area of about 6.5438+0.3 million square meters, with a construction area of about 300,000 square meters. It consists of 2 apartments, 4 middle and high-rise buildings, 28 small and high-rise buildings, 9 high-rise boutique houses and public buildings such as businesses and clubs. There are apartments with an area of 40-60 square meters, and two bedrooms with an area of 78-654.38+0,000 square meters and 654.38+0,000 square meters.

In the planning and design of the project, the natural ecology is respected, and the garden design is personally undertaken by internationally renowned landscape designer Zhou Elb Reger. With the large waterscape as the main axis, the city square, stacked trestle, unique pavilions, characteristic sculptures and fountains are decorated with characteristic plants and various landscape sketches to form a multi-level green space.
