What preparations do you need to go to the property before renovation?

Pay the decoration deposit (depending on the situation in each community, there is no uniform standard. Generally, it will be returned to the owner after 3 months of renovation).

Payment of garbage removal fee: this fee is used to pay for garbage removal and decoration in the property, and the fees charged by different property companies are different.
