One is a parking space. In fact, the most needed and imperfect supporting facilities in Wuhan now are traffic problems. In Panlongcheng New District, at least 30% of newly-built garages are now built, while the proportion of F and Sunshine City has reached 55%, and they are all underground garages, which is a considerable advantage.

The second is greening. In the planning, the greening rate of F and Sunshine City must reach 35%, and with our park, it can reach 55%, which is higher than the development level of ordinary countries.

Judging from the living environment, the government's planning for the factory has been transferred to Hanyang, Dongxihu and other areas, and there are no polluting enterprises in Panlongcheng. No matter the requirements for air, water quality and greening, it is very advantageous in Panlongcheng area.

From the perspective of development prospect and potential, Panlong City has three orientations: noble tourist residential area, modern airport and Hankou North market cluster, of which the latter two orientations are the policies of Wuhan Municipal Government. The combination of the three orientations has promoted the economic prospect and strategic position of Panlongcheng area to a higher level.

Personally, I think the shortcoming is the high level.
