The entrance and exit of the residential area on the south side of Emerald Road is aimed at the single-family buildings and some villas along the river in Block A.. We specially enlarged the entrance of Swan Lake landscape, which is divided into north and south sides. On the one hand, you can see the lake view at the entrance of the community, on the other hand, the villas are not open along the main road of the community, and they are all in groups. These therapies make good use of the community landscape. The villa itself is private, and the end design makes the road at home less transparent, making the owner live comfortably and quietly. The entrance to the north side of Kuanghe Road serves for the single-family residence along the river in Block A, with a high-rise center group-level landscape to the east and a private garden-level independent villa to the west along the main road of the residential area. Outside such a private and elegant villa community, we transferred two villas in the south of plot A, designed as integral businesses, mainly engaged in high-end businesses such as catering, tea ceremony and SPA, so as to facilitate the owners to interact in their spare time.
The residential nature of plot B is R 1, so it is a low-rise residential area. Based on the same design principle as area A, every household's entrance is a dead end branch extending from the main road of the community. The planning conditions can only require the expansion of Swan Lake to reserve a 20-meter pedestrian passage, so block B is divided into two areas and four entrances and exits by the pedestrian passage. On the south side of Area B, social public service facilities such as businesses and kindergartens are also designed. 3. 1. Entry Settings
There are four entrances and exits in area a. Some entrances and exits of high-rise buildings are set up in the north of Emerald Road, and the south of Emerald Road serves as a single-family entrance. The entrances and exits of Kuanghe Road serve the independent villas along the Swan Lake. There are four entrances and exits in Area B, with Kuanghe Road and Maomeng Road as the main entrances and exits, and Swan Lake Road and Planning Road as the auxiliary entrances and exits.
3.2. Villa design

In order to make the most economical and reasonable use of the ground road system as a whole, in principle, foreign motor vehicles solve the problem of passengers getting off at the parking lot between the two groups, while self-provided vehicles all enter the door of the community and go to the underground garages on both sides, and then take the elevator from the basement to their homes. Each group has basically realized the design guiding ideology of "pedestrian and vehicle diversion", and improved the walking environment of the plot with group diversion and three-dimensional diversion as the main means. High-level groups organize the internal traffic of the group through the diversion of people and vehicles. Parking should be done outside the group as far as possible, and vehicles are not allowed to enter the group at ordinary times, so that the driveway is outside, including sidewalks, and people and vehicles are separated.
3.3. Residential motor vehicle parking lot
Underground parking is the main way. More than 700 super-large parking garages are designed in the high-rise area, and some of them are mechanically parked. The villa area adopts the design of combining underground parking with parking in front of the house, ensuring the parking ratio of 1: 1 (per household 1 vehicle), and some even higher. Open parking on the ground * * * provides 1 17 parking spaces, including 52 parking spaces along the main roads in high-rise areas and 65 parking spaces in front of villas. The number of underground parking is ***8 14, including 704 super-large high-rise fully excavated garages, and the number of semi-underground parking in villa area is 1 10.
3.4. Residential non-motor vehicle parking lot
Non-motor vehicle parking is set according to the standard of each household 1 vehicle, and each high-rise residential building is equipped with an underground non-motor vehicle garage. The non-motor vehicle garage is about 2,200 square meters, providing 884 underground parking spaces for residential non-motor vehicles.
3.5. Parking space setting
There are 80 parking spaces per 10000 ㎡ for businesses along the street, and there are 16 parking spaces for motor vehicles, mainly concentrated on the commercial side of Emerald Road, and 60 non-motor vehicles on the ground are parked near the sidewalk. According to its function and equipment requirements, the municipal station building conforms to the overall planning and is equipped with a substation room. The municipal station building should be set underground or combined with green space and sketch as far as possible, to meet the protection distance from the house, based on the principle of economy and rationality, and not affect the visual effect. The total construction area of the supporting buildings is 2303m2, including 503m2 kindergarten, 820m2 property management center, 260m2 neighborhood committee and 720m2 power distribution room.
Commercial facilities follow the form of shops along the street in residential areas in the past and are mainly arranged in two places. A commercial area of about1500m2 is set up along Emerald Road at the eastern end of the plot. Shops are set up at the intersection of Planning Road and Maomeng Road, with a commercial area of about 1000m2.
