2. The floor heating shall be uniformly constructed by the developer before delivery. During the warranty period (the warranty period for installation of heating pipes is not less than 2 heating cycles), the developer will notify the construction unit to carry out rectification and maintenance;

3. The floor heating construction is entrusted to relevant construction units during decoration. If it is damaged during the warranty period, the construction unit shall carry out rectification and maintenance;

4. After the warranty period expires, the owner shall be responsible for rectification and maintenance.
