Does the house decoration need to be filed?

Legal analysis: before decorating the house, the owner should go to the property company where the community is located for filing and registration. After registration, he can give the house decoration scheme or design scheme to the staff of the property management company, so that the staff can check whether there is any illegal decoration, so that the owner can rectify the illegal decoration before the decoration begins.

During the renovation of the house by the owner, the property management company will conduct irregular inspections to ensure the safety and quality of the renovation project. However, if the owner still insists on the illegal decoration of the house where he lives, the property company will report to the Housing and Construction Bureau, and the Housing and Construction Bureau will entrust the decoration association of the district to persuade the owner. If the owner refuses to rectify, the staff of the decoration association will report the owner's illegal reconstruction to the Municipal Real Estate Bureau. The Municipal Real Estate Bureau will include the owners in the "blacklist" of the Municipal Real Estate Bureau. If the owner wants to trade this house in the market in the future, he must first restore the illegally rebuilt part. Therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary troubles, citizens must go to the property company to register before the renovation begins.
