According to the new collection method of domestic waste service fee, from July 1 day, residents in the central city of our city (Jiang 'an, Jianghan, Hekou, Hanyang, Wuchang, Qingshan, Hongshan and Wuhan Development Zone, Donghu High-tech Development Zone, Donghu Scenic Area and Wuhan Chemical Industry Zone) should pay the domestic waste service fee at the same time, and the charging standard is still 5 yuan/month/household.

Among them, for residential residents who have implemented property management, when collecting property fees, the property department should exclude the domestic garbage service fee originally included in 5 yuan/month, and the residents should pay the water fee themselves, and the property department shall not charge the garbage fee repeatedly. From now on, residents and units can pay garbage fees at all water fee payment outlets in the city.

There is a new regulation on the property management fee: after the residents of the property management community who read the meter to their homes pay the health fee when paying the water fee, the property management company must eliminate the health fee included in their property fee, that is, such residents will pay less 5 yuan property management fee every month. For residents who have paid the annual property fee, they can ask the property company to refund the 30 yuan health fee in the second half of the year.

Reportedly, the property fees charged by property companies include cleaning and garbage removal fees in the community. In the past, the property management company had to pay the clearing fee to the street sanitation office. After the merger, the property company will no longer pay the clearing fee, and the urban management department will return it from the collected health fee according to its actual workload to ensure the normal cleaning of the community.

At the same time, the residents of the property management community who have not implemented meter reading to the households shall pay the water fee according to the number of households approved by the urban management department. For users who use the total meter, the amount of health fees charged by the urban management department shall be collected by the water supply enterprise when collecting water fees. For residents who have not yet moved in, or users whose water consumption is less than one ton, there is no need to pay the domestic garbage service fee.

The licensed temporary occupation stalls and night market stalls do not belong to the scope of consolidated collection because they have not formed a water supply relationship with water supply enterprises. After the fees payable are approved according to the corresponding standards, they will be directly collected by the urban management department and remitted to the financial special account of the municipal solid waste service fee in time.
