Legal basi for 30% discount on property fees

The preferential treatment of property fee is as follows: 70% discount can be given to the property that the owner has not checked in or used after checking in;

If there are unfinished buildings in the residential area where the owners live, they can apply to the property management company for a property fee discount of 15% ~ 30% lower than the prescribed standard; Attached houses not included in the property area shall not charge public service fees.

Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges stipulates that property service charges shall follow the principles of reasonableness, openness, and adaptability between fees and service levels.

Article 8. Property management enterprises shall clearly mark their prices in accordance with the provisions of the competent pricing department of the government, and publicize relevant information such as service contents, service standards, charging items and charging standards in a prominent position within the property management area.
