Check the pipes and use tools accordingly.

Before the inspection, the inspection unit and inspectors should review the data and make an inspection plan, and meet the following requirements:

(a) review the following information and qualification certificate:

1, qualification of pressure pipeline design unit, design drawings, installation construction drawings and related calculations, etc.

2. Qualification and completion acceptance data of pressure pipeline installation unit (including installation completion data and material inspection data), etc. ; 3, pipeline components, pipeline fittings quality certification documents; 4. Various records required for online inspection;

5 previous online inspection reports during the inspection period; 6. Other materials that inspectors think are needed for inspection.

(two) inspection units and inspectors shall formulate inspection plans according to the information review, and implement the inspection plan with users before inspection.

The safety items in inspection shall meet the following requirements:

(1) Accessories or other objects that affect the overall inspection of pipelines shall be cleaned or removed according to the inspection requirements; (2) Scaffolds, portable ladders and other facilities erected for inspection must be safe and firm to facilitate inspection and testing; (3) Pressure pipes operating at high or low temperature shall be cooled or heated slowly according to the requirements of operating procedures to prevent damage;

(four) before the inspection, it is necessary to cut off the power supply related to the pipeline or adjacent equipment, remove the fuse, and set up obvious safety signs;

(5) If on-site X-ray inspection is needed, the transillumination area shall be isolated and safety signs shall be set; (six) comprehensive inspection shall meet the following conditions:

1. Clean the medium in the pipeline, cut off all sources of liquid, gas or steam with blind plates, and set up obvious isolation signs;

2. Pipes conveying flammable, combustion-supporting, toxic or asphyxiating media should be replaced, neutralized, disinfected and cleaned. For pipelines conveying flammable media, it is forbidden to replace them with air;

3. The power supply voltage of lamps and tools used for pipeline internal inspection shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "safe voltage" GB3805; Inspection equipment and instruments shall be used only after passing inspection and calibration within the effective inspection period.

Generally, the non-buried pipeline without insulation layer should be subject to external macro inspection of the whole pipeline; Non-buried pipelines with thermal insulation should be randomly selected according to a certain proportion; Buried pipelines should be excavated and sampled at the easily damaged parts (if there is evidence that the anticorrosion condition is good, excavation and sampling can be avoided). The proportion of spot checks shall be determined through consultation between inspectors and users in combination with pipeline operation experience.

External macro inspection 1. 1 leak inspection

Mainly check whether there are any leakage marks on pipes and other components. 1.2 inspection of insulation layer and anticorrosion layer

Mainly check whether the pipeline insulation layer is damaged, falling off, frozen, etc. Whether the anticorrosive coating is intact. 1.3 position and deformation inspection

(1) Whether the pipeline location meets the requirements of safety technical specifications and current national standards; (2) Whether there is collision and friction between pipelines and between pipelines and adjacent equipment; (3) Whether the pipeline has deflection, subsidence and abnormal deformation, etc.
