How long will it take for the community to default on electricity charges?

"Power Supply Business Rules" stipulates: "Users shall pay the electricity fee according to the time limit and payment method stipulated by the power supply enterprise, and shall not delay or refuse to pay the electricity fee."

The regulations vary from place to place. The details should be indicated in the power supply contract signed by both parties. For residential users, there is generally no special contract. When you submit an application for electricity use, there will be a notice on the back of the application, which is equivalent to a contract. You can go to the business hall where you apply for electricity and see how it is stipulated. Although you didn't read it carefully at first, you agreed when you signed it.

The general process of residents' electricity payment is as follows:

1. After receiving the electricity fee notice or bill, the community owner will check the electricity fee amount and the payment period to confirm the electricity fee amount and payment method;

2. The owner can choose online payment or offline payment. Online payment can be made through bank card, Alipay, WeChat, etc. , and offline payment can be made at designated banks or power business halls;

3. Online payment: the owner can pay through the power company official website or the mobile phone client, enter the electricity account number and payment amount, select the payment method and confirm the payment;

4. Off-line payment: The owner can pay in the designated bank or electric power business hall, bring the electricity fee and payment tools such as cash, checks and bank cards, and the staff will collect the money at home and issue a payment receipt;

The owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider as agreed. If the owner fails to pay the property fee within the time limit in violation of the agreement, the property service provider may urge him to pay it within a reasonable period of time; If the payment is not made within a reasonable period, the property service provider may bring a lawsuit or apply for arbitration. The property service provider shall not stop power supply, water supply, heat supply and gas supply to demand payment of property fees.

Article 945

When the owner decorates the house, he shall inform the property service provider in advance, observe the reasonable precautions prompted by the property service provider, and cooperate with him to conduct necessary on-site inspections. If the owner transfers, rents out the exclusive part of the property, establishes the right of residence or changes the use of part of the property, it shall promptly inform the property service provider of the relevant information.
