After check-in, the customer will carry out secondary decoration according to the actual situation of the room, which will have an impact on the work of the property department, engineering department, finance department and security department.

When customers go to the property department office to fill in the decoration questionnaire and customer decoration application form, they must fill in the decoration application items carefully and in detail.

The construction party shall provide the property management department with the business license, qualification certificate (above Grade II) and construction and decoration scheme of the construction enterprise, and attach: floor plan, ceiling plan, strong electricity, weak electricity, air conditioning power configuration diagram and total electricity consumption calculation table. All building materials must have fire detection certificate, environmental protection permit, etc. If it is necessary to change the natural gas pipeline, the construction party must report to the fire station and the natural gas company for approval.

The property management department prepares the materials declared by the construction party and then transfers them to the engineering department for approval, and the engineering department fills in the "Customer Application for Decoration Approval Opinion Form".

The Property Management Department negotiates with the construction party according to the opinions in the Opinion Form of Customer's Application for Decoration Approval filled out by the Engineering Department, and fills in the Notice of Customer's Deposit Collection for Decoration Project (BSPF-PRO-FC 15-04-AO-a) and sends it to the Finance Department. The contractor shall pay the decoration deposit, pass deposit, production fee and related expenses to the finance department.

The construction team starts construction, and the property department, the engineering department and the security department conduct daily patrol management, and have the right to require the construction team to stop work immediately for violations found.

The construction party shall not pile up construction heavy objects on the balcony, and shall not pile up some heavy objects collectively.

If there are concealed works in the decoration, you must apply to the property department for concealed works inspection two days before the closure, and fill in the Application Form for Acceptance of Concealed Works in Customer Decoration. The renovation can only be continued after the concealed works of the engineering department are accepted.

After the decoration is completed, the heads of the engineering department, the property department and the security department * * * sign the decoration project acceptance and fill in the customer's decoration project completion acceptance report (BSPF-PRO-FC 19-04-AO-a), and pay the corresponding amount of compensation according to the actual loss.

Depending on the completion of the decoration project, the construction party shall provide the completed decoration drawings to the property department and fill in the customer's completed decoration drawings handover form.

The contractor shall go to the security department with the completion acceptance report to go through the formalities of withdrawing the work permit and the construction personnel pass, and the person in charge of the security department shall indicate the formalities of withdrawing the permit on the acceptance report.

The finance department will confirm the acceptance with the customer's Completion Acceptance Report of Decoration Project and Inspection List of Decoration Acceptance, go through the formalities of certificate withdrawal, and return the decoration deposit and pass deposit.

The Property Department fills in the Inspection Sheet for Decoration Approval and forwards it to relevant departments to ensure the smooth completion of the procedure.
