The existing housing placement directly reduces the expenditure of zf. 4. The land compensation fee of 90,000 yuan per mu is too low, not less than186,000 yuan per mu.
Article 47 of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates:
The compensation fee for requisitioning cultivated land is six to ten times the average annual output value of the cultivated land in the three years before it is requisitioned, and the resettlement subsidy is four to six times the per capita annual output value of the cultivated land in the three years before it is requisitioned, with the maximum resettlement subsidy not exceeding fifteen times.
The cultivated land in Zhongxingzhuang Village is1.20,000 mu, with per capita 1.5 mu.

Article 132 of the Property Law stipulates that when the contracted land is expropriated, the land contractor has the right to obtain corresponding compensation in accordance with the provisions of this Law. The land management contract certificate of Zhongxingzhuang is issued by Daxing District People's Government and should be protected by law. Most of the contracts have not expired. If we ask the town government to compensate us according to the land acquisition compensation standards of other villages in our town and the remaining years of the contract, we can accept it.
6. In order to ensure that after the relocation of the villagers in Zhongxing Village, the housing area will not be reduced, the living standard will not be lowered, and the buildings will be affordable and affordable, the town government is required to help coordinate and allocate a part of the village collective assets to the villagers (members of economic organizations), and each person will be allocated a building of 50 square meters. In other words, some of the villagers' buildings will be rented, and the rent will be used to support the buildings and people (refer to the practice of jiugong town Nanjie Four Villages).
At present, more than 90% of the villagers in Zhongxing Village live by renting houses, which can be said to be a vulnerable group. With the rental income, the villagers' living standards have been greatly improved, and the society is stable and the family is harmonious. If these people live in the same building and spend the rest of their money after moving for a year or two, and have no money to pay property fees and heating fees, their lives will return to poverty because of the main building, causing trouble and disharmony (for example, Yizhuang Town).
7. Before the reform, the villagers' treatment standard was too low, and 70% of Beijing's minimum wage was unacceptable.

Most of the renters in Zhongxingzhuang Village have left, and half of the enterprises have left. The villagers' houses are all vacant, and some are completely vacant. Referring to the compensation method for demolition in Yinghai, some problems are unreasonable. Later, due to population growth, children growing up and other reasons, the villagers expanded their houses, and the town land department closed. According to state regulations, seven items, such as house expansion, industrial and commercial license and house lease, will be stopped from the date of the announcement of demolition. Therefore, the relocation of Zhongxingzhuang should be fully compensated according to the existing housing area of each household.
