Shijiazhuang 1

According to the document No.2013135, heating for residents is deducted from the building area (excluding basement) and charged at 10% (high-rise 15%), and the heating period is 22 yuan per square meter; Non-resident heating is charged according to the construction area, and the heating period is 3 1 yuan per square meter; Vacant houses that meet the requirements for accreditation will be charged at 20% of the total heat fee payable (in case of price adjustment, it will be implemented according to the new documents of the Price Bureau).

2. Changchun

Residential heating price is 27.00 yuan per square meter (construction area); The heating price for non-residents (business buildings and other buildings) is 3 1.00 yuan per square meter (construction area);

Non-residents (business premises and other premises) with a storey height of more than 3 meters will be charged 5% for every 0.3 meters, with the maximum fare increase not exceeding 50%. If the floor height exceeds 6 meters, negotiate the price with the heating enterprise;

If heating devices are installed in attic houses and basements, heat fees shall be charged according to the construction area recorded in the real estate license; If the area of the attic and basement is not included in the property right label of the house, the part with a height of more than 2.20m shall be calculated as the whole area, and the part with a height of less than 2.20m shall be calculated as 1/2 area. There is no charge for those who have not installed heating devices.

3. Langfang

The heating price for residents is 22 yuan/m2, and that for non-residents is 38 yuan/m2.

4. Zhengzhou City

In 2022-2023, the charging standard for central heating during heating period was implemented according to Zheng Jiagong [2008] No.24 and Zheng Jiashang Letter [2012] No.9..

Residential heat is charged by area:

The charge for the interior construction area marked on the property certificate is 0. 19 yuan/m2 * days. 5. Jinan

(1) The heating price for residents is 20 yuan/㎡, and the heating price for non-residents is 26.40 yuan/㎡, which is charged according to the construction area (charging basis: Shangjiazi [20 14] No.21).

(2) The heating price of households holding the Minimum Living Security Certificate for Urban Residents or the Jinan Special Allowance Card for Poor Workers is charged according to the construction area 17.5 yuan /m2 (charging basis: Shangjiazi [20 14] No.21). Users should bring valid certificates to the customer service business hall of Jinan Shanghe Hengtai Heating Co., Ltd..

(3) Primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, non-profit elderly service projects and approved community health service institutions are charged according to the construction area of 20 yuan/m2 (charging basis: Shangjiazi [20 17]No. 19).
