Article 4 Rights and obligations of both parties

5. When decorating the store, Party B shall not commit any of the following acts:

(1) changing the main building and load-bearing structure without authorization;

(2) Slotting, drilling, expanding the original size of doors and windows on the load-bearing wall, and dismantling the brick-concrete wall;

(3) damage the original energy-saving facilities of the house and reduce the energy-saving effect;

(four) change the use function of building facilities;

(five) the construction of buildings, structures and change the shop facade;

(six) add canopies, chimneys, antennas, advertisements, signs and other objects on the external wall of the house;

(7) Block all windows in the side hall of the mall infield;

(eight) other acts that affect the orange structure and use safety of buildings. In case of violation, Party B will punish in strict accordance with the Regulations on the Decoration Management of Commercial Lane Pedestrian Street in Li Meng. Party B shall rectify and restore to its original state, and take back the right to operate the store from the merchants who have not been rectified according to the seriousness of the case.

6. If Party B needs to transform the power system of the store or increase lighting facilities, it must be reported to Party A for approval. If Party B carries out construction without authorization, it will be punished in accordance with the Management Regulations on the Reconstruction of Commercial Lane Pedestrian Street in Li Meng.

7. The garbage and waste generated by Party B's decoration must be piled up in the designated place and bagged, which shall not affect the beauty of the overall environment in the commercial building. Otherwise, Party B will be punished in accordance with the Management Regulations on the Reconstruction of Commercial Alleys and Pedestrian Streets in Li Meng. Garbage and waste shall be removed by the property management company designated by Party A, and the removal expenses shall be borne by Party B. ..

8. When proposing the renovation plan, Party B must abide by the renovation management regulations of Li Meng Commercial Lane Pedestrian Street formulated by Party A, and support and cooperate with Party A's renovation management during the renovation period.

9. Party B shall not require the construction party to carry out construction operations in violation of relevant regulations.

10. Party B shall bear all relevant responsibilities for the impact and adverse consequences (including circuit problems, water leakage and blockage in toilet water supply and drainage, etc.). ) caused by future decoration.

3. During the construction, if Party A has special construction projects or special quality requirements, both parties shall confirm and sign a supplementary contract for the increased costs.

Party A's failure to pay on time is a breach of contract, and Party B has the right to stop the construction. If the project price is not settled after acceptance, it shall not be delivered for use.

2. If there are any additions, deletions or changes in the project construction, please refer to Annex V of this contract, Change Form of Home Decoration Project. Both parties sign a supplementary contract, and Party B is responsible for issuing a construction change order and notifying the person in charge of the construction site. 3. If Party A fails to pay the project price in advance within the time limit stipulated in this contract, Party A shall pay 1% of the unpaid project price to Party B for each overdue day.

Article 6 Construction period

1. If the completion is delayed due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall pay Party A 1% of the working expenses as liquidated damages every day until the working expenses are deducted. 2. 3. During the construction, the shutdown caused by engineering quality problems and disagreement between the two parties shall not be punished as delayed work or delayed construction period. Both parties should take the initiative to ask the relevant departments for mediation or arbitration to coordinate the handling, resolve the dispute as soon as possible and continue the construction.

4. If it is necessary to rework due to Party A's reasons, or if the construction period is delayed due to Party A's change of construction contents, it is necessary to apply for a visa, and Party A shall bear all the construction costs. If rework is caused by Party B, Party B shall bear the responsibility, and the construction period will remain unchanged.

5. During the construction process, Party A shall be responsible for the quality problems and time delay caused by notifying the construction personnel to change the construction content without Party B's consent.
