What drawings do you need to go to the property office for home improvement and decoration license?

The following copies are required, and the originals also need to be verified:

Power of attorney of the legal representative of the construction application manager (original) and a copy of the client's ID card.

Original (copy) of the house ownership certificate or building planning permit.

Existing architectural drawings (one set)

A. plan B. elevation (outdoor) and section (indoor)

Building decoration drawings (three sets and electronic documents)

A. Plan (including plan)

B elevation (with color effect diagram of building elevation design) (outdoor decoration), section (indoor decoration), and? Interior design color? Renderings (interior decoration).

Original structural drawing, wall renovation drawing, socket layout drawing, waterway layout drawing, ceiling ceiling drawing and circuit diagram.
