Can a unit fund-raising house only have a real estate license without a land certificate?

The unit fund-raising house has a real estate license, but it cannot be bought without a land certificate. When handling the formalities of real estate transfer, the parties must provide certificates such as real estate license, land certificate and deed tax certificate. Only houses without real estate license and land certificate can not be transferred when handling relevant procedures. Units to raise funds for cooperative housing should be included in the local affordable housing construction plan and land use plan management.
