Termites appear at home. If the owner has paid the termite control fee before, the property management company has the obligation to deal with the problem for the owner. If the owner fails to pay the termite control fee and there is no relevant service agreement in the property service contract, it will not be included in the property management.

Regulations on the administration of termite control in urban houses

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the management of termite control in urban houses, control the harm of termites and ensure the living safety of urban houses.

Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to termite control and management of urban houses in termite hazard areas. The term "termite control management of urban houses" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the termite prevention of newly built, rebuilt, expanded and renovated houses and the termite inspection and control management of original houses. Termite prevention and treatment must be implemented in new construction, reconstruction, expansion and decoration of houses in areas where termites are harmful. The determination of termite damage areas shall be the responsibility of the construction administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions and the real estate administrative departments of the people's governments of municipalities directly under the Central Government.
