Xx Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, located in the core area of xx High-tech Zone. Mainly for science and technology enterprises to provide services and property management services. In 2009, a new drug research and development base for high-level talents in xx was established, which was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Personnel as "National Pioneer Park for Overseas Students" in 20 10, and was recognized as a national-level incubator for science and technology enterprises by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 20 13 and 12.

Established in 2008, Xx National Science and Technology Business Incubator is a science and technology business incubator of xx New Drug R&D Base jointly funded by xx Industrial Co., Ltd. and xx High-tech Zone Entrepreneurship Center. Under the careful cultivation of xx Business Incubation Base, a group of entrepreneurial talents have grown rapidly and become creators of social wealth, and a group of entrepreneurial enterprises have grown and become the backbone of supporting industrial development. Up to now, there are 58 start-ups/kloc-0, 7 graduate enterprises 1 person, and 3 enterprises above designated size in the incubation base. The entrepreneurial survival rate of the settled enterprises is nearly 100%.

Among the base enterprises, many R&D projects are in the forefront of the same field at home or abroad. Xx Pansheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that has signed a contract with the incubation base. The company's main technical research direction is the separation and culture of multifunctional stem cells, the induced differentiation of human skin tissues and organs and their development and application. The company has a leading international technical team in this technical field. There are four patents and four temporary patent applications, and the members of this team participated in the successful research and development and listing of five products of two companies. At present, there is an innovative breakthrough in the field of human skin tissue engineering stem cell regeneration. Regenerated skin includes epidermis, dermis, hair follicle, sweat gland, sebaceous gland and nerve, but the existing technology in the world can only regenerate simple epidermis and dermis. At present, this technology has reached the international leading level. Related technology patents have been applied, and the publication of papers is also in progress.

Xx Co., Ltd. is the first enterprise to sign up for the business incubation base. In recent years, xx Company has been committed to the development and construction of the national basic public health service cloud platform, and has now developed into the core enterprise of the national medical IOT. At the beginning of July, 20 14, the national basic public health service cloud platform medical IOT exhibition and experience center undertaken by the company was completed in the incubation base, with the popular science experience as the core, so that visitors can feel the company's technology in the exhibition. Covering an area of more than 500 square meters, the exhibition center consists of community health service exhibition, cloud platform exhibition, industry customization exhibition, personal products and services exhibition, smart family exhibition, original research exhibition and other exhibition modules. With the cloud platform as the display core, the pavilion constitutes an IOT cloud service display system that can extend upward to the national health system and downward to community health, industry customization, families and individuals.

Among the enterprises that settled in the later period, a number of representative enterprises also appeared, which became the role models of base start-up enterprises. As a garden for independent innovation and scientific and technological entrepreneurship of high-tech talents, the incubation function of xx Business Incubation Base is becoming more and more perfect, and the rolling incubation potential is further enhanced.
