My job is sales, and now I work in a real estate company in Hefei. The real estate industry in Hefei is very hot, and the house price has been high, and the house price in some communities has even more than doubled, which makes our house sell very well, so we don't have to worry about performance.

The basic salary of our sales is relatively low, only 1000, and our income mainly depends on commission. Because the market is relatively good recently, plus the basic salary and performance, I can get at least 8,000 yuan a month and earn tens of thousands at most. The more you do, the more interested you are and the more motivated you are. This is a normal thing in the real estate market and sales industry. But in our sales industry, it is not good, that is, it takes too long to get commission money. When we sell the house, we won't get the commission and commission right away. The company won't give us a commission until the project is finished, so in the meantime we can only live on a meager basic salary. If the payment is particularly slow, some sales colleagues will not support it and choose to leave.

In fact, generally speaking, the income of the sales industry is not low. Although the basic salary is not high, the commission given by the company to encourage everyone to improve their performance is not low. As long as sales are willing to endure hardships, be patient and do business seriously, they will certainly make a lot of money.
