And there are irreconcilable contradictions in these two aspects.

Generally, elevators are maintained by professional elevator maintenance companies. The property has the obligation to notify the maintenance personnel for timely maintenance. If the property can't restore the normal operation of the elevator for a long time, causing inconvenience to the owners, you can tell them first, and then you can find two departments to solve it:

(1) Complaining to the property department of the housing management department;

(2) For elevator quality problems, complain to the Technical Supervision Bureau or call the hotline 12365 immediately to report the complaints.

When buying a house, we must pay attention to choosing an enterprise with reliable elevator quality, ask the property maintenance personnel how to rescue when there is a fault, and sign a letter of responsibility with the developer to stipulate how to compensate for the elevator accident. Residential floors above 12 and below 18 shall have at least two elevators, one of which must have the function of fire elevator; If the functional floor of a pure residential building is between 19 and 33, and the total number of service households is between 150 and 270, there should be no less than 3 elevators, one of which must have the function of a fire elevator.
