Brief introduction of carnation international demonstration city for the elderly.

Carnation International Demonstration City for the Elderly is a comprehensive large-scale high-end elderly community jointly invested and built by Hunan Education Press and Hunan Education Group directly under the Hunan Provincial Department of Education. The project is located in Yinxing Road, Hexi, Changsha City, with Leifeng Avenue in the west and Jinxing Avenue in the east, about 5 kilometers away from Changsha Municipal Government and about 20 minutes' drive from Wuyi Square in the city center. With beautiful scenery, fresh air, beautiful environment and convenient transportation, this project belongs to the core of Changsha Dahexi Pilot Area in Changsha, a comprehensive supporting reform experimental zone of "two-oriented society" in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, and its "Binjiang New Area" has been incorporated into Changsha's urban planning.

Carnation International Demonstration City for the Elderly includes Carnation Senior Hospital, Senior Care Center and Cuihu Mountain Villa, with a total area of 350 mu and 5,000 beds, with a total investment of 654.38 billion.
