Is the residential property obliged to install cameras?

Legal analysis: it depends on the provisions of the property contract. When the realty service enterprise takes over the residential area, if the residential area is planned with monitoring equipment or already has monitoring equipment, and this aspect is described in the property contract, then the realty service enterprise should maintain and use the camera well.
