To do property management work, you need to take the property manager's employment certificate.

According to Article 1 of the Measures for the Administration of National Property Management Practitioners' Post Certificates, the National Property Management Practitioners' Post Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the "Certificates") are the qualification certificates for national property management practitioners to participate in on-the-job training and take up posts, and are limited to the use of the holders during their employment.

Article 2 The certificate shall be uniformly printed by the Personnel and Education Department of the Ministry of Construction, and stamped with the special seal for the certificate of the Personnel and Education Department of the Ministry of Construction and the official seal of the Housing and Real Estate Department. Certificates are common all over the country.

Article 3 The certificate of manager of a property management enterprise shall be directly applied to the Personnel and Education Department of the Ministry of Construction and the Housing and Real Estate Department by a training institution with the training qualification of manager of a property management enterprise. The certificates of department managers and administrators of property management enterprises shall be collected by the project construction committees (office buildings) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the project construction committees (housing management bureaus) of cities under separate state planning shall be unified to the personnel and education department of the Ministry of Construction, and all training institutions shall apply to the education department and real estate department of the local project construction committees (office buildings).

The following materials shall be submitted when applying for a certificate:

1, lesson plan.

2. Training summary.

3. Training registration.

4. A copy of the trainee's post certificate.
