Who should pay the rental property fee?

Legal analysis: Generally, the property fee of the rented house is paid by the lessee, subject to the agreement in the house lease contract.

Legal basis: Article 41 of the Regulations on Property Management, the owner shall pay the property service fee according to the agreement in the property service contract.
