Where is the Dongli Community in Zaoyuan?

Zaoyuan Dongli Community, Qingyuan Street, Daxing District, Beijing Zaoyuan Dongli Community is adjacent to Rainbow New City in the south, Rose City Commercial Center in the north, Zaoyuan Community in the west and Binhe Xili North District in the east. East to Xingfeng North Street, west to Xinghua Street, south to Liyuan Road and north to Zaoyuan Road, with a community area of 0. 17 square kilometers. There are 1 180 households in the jurisdiction, and the permanent population is 1938 people. There are three natural communities in Building 1 to 10, which are managed by Zaoyuan Property Company. Buildings 13, 14, 15 and 17 are managed by Binhe Housing Management Office; Buildings 12, 18, 19 and 20 are managed by Wanfa Property Management Company.

In the past three years, with the joint efforts of all community workers, Dongli Community in Zaoyuan has successively won the honorary titles of advanced grass-roots party organizations in social fields in Daxing District, five good party branches, civilized communities in the capital, demonstration communities for harmonious community construction, full-time employment communities in Daxing District, and advanced communities for community volunteer service.

From June 5, 2003 to February 38, 2003, my community set up a residents' committee and practiced autonomy. Zaoyuan Dongli Community 1 Building No.20 was built on1from 1997 to 2006. The community where I live was originally an urban-rural fringe, and on this basis, it has developed into a commercial and residential community. Because the community was named Zaoyuan Dongli, it was named Zaoyuan Dongli Community. At the beginning of the establishment of self-community, we should adhere to the party's leadership, follow the mass line, seek truth from facts and highlight the humanistic characteristics of the community.

Dongli Community in Zaoyuan is a mixed community, with 18 buildings. In our community, there are old people's associations, dog self-discipline associations, choirs, dance teams, Tai Chi fans, science popularization volunteer service teams, environmental protection volunteer service teams and red armband patrol teams. There are 53 existing commercial shops.

Zaoyuan Dongli Community is adjacent to Zaoyuan Dongli North Community, Zaoyuan Community, Binhe Dongli Community, Xing Huayuan Community, Binhe Beili Community, Binhe Xili North Community, Binhe Xili South Community, Kangshunyuan Community, Liyuan Community, Liyuan South Community, Qingyuan Xili Community, College Community, Rainbow New Town Community and Kangxing Home Community.

There are tourist attractions such as Beijing Wildlife Park, Beijing Daxing Wildlife Park, Chinese Culture Park, Liu Min Ecological Farm and Nanhaizi Elk Park near Dongli Community of Zaoyuan, and there are specialties such as Daxing Watermelon, Anding Mulberry, panggezhuang Bajin Huang Yali Pear, Lihua Village Pear and Daxing Pear.
