Article 13 of the Regulations on Property Management: Property service enterprises shall maintain public order, environmental sanitation and safety in the community and reasonably resolve disputes within the community. Therefore, if the property fails to solve the problem of tree oil in time, causing residents to take excessive tree cutting behavior and causing certain losses, the property company should bear certain responsibilities. Accordingly, residents who take excessive actions and cause losses to property or other owners shall be liable for compensation. At the same time, residents can apply for compensation from the property management company, and the property needs to be handled reasonably according to the actual situation to avoid further disputes.
