How does the property company bear the cost of house maintenance?

1. The maintenance and updating expenses of the occupied parts and equipment of the house shall be borne by the owner. 2. The maintenance and renewal costs of the parts and equipment used in the house shall be borne by the owners of the whole house in proportion to their respective living construction areas. 3. The cost of maintenance and renewal of public facilities in the property management area shall be borne by all owners in proportion to their respective residential construction areas. According to Article 5 1 of the Property Management Regulations, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall be responsible for the maintenance and conservation of relevant pipelines and facilities within the property management area according to law.
