There are many possibilities for this kind of situation, so we must take it apart to distinguish it.

1) The sewer in your toilet is blocked.

2) The main sewage pipe in the building is blocked. As long as someone discharges pollutants, the gas in the pipeline will not escape for a while, and it will form a blockage.

3) The time you used it, because it was useless for a long time, you washed it once, and there may be some sundries in it that rushed to the pipe plug unconsciously.

Method: Look for a plumber. First, explain to the property management. If it is the outer pipe of the building, the property management will be responsible. If it is your drainage pipe, you are responsible.
